Managing Bookings
Keep track of all your bookings, cancel when needed, and set up recurring reservations to secure your regular playing times.
Viewing Your Bookings
Access your complete booking history from the Bookings section.
Navigate to Bookings
Click on Bookings in the bottom navigation (mobile) or sidebar (desktop) to see all your reservations.
Browse Your Bookings
Your bookings are organized with the most recent first. Each booking card shows:
- Pitch name
- Date and time
- Booking status (upcoming, completed, cancelled)
View Booking Details
Click on any booking to see full details including the pitch location, time slot, payment information, and any applicable cancellation options.
Cancelling a Booking
Need to cancel? You can cancel your booking as long as it is more than 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
Open the Booking
Go to your Bookings list and click on the booking you want to cancel to view its details.
Click Cancel
If the booking is eligible for cancellation (more than 2 hours before start time), you will see a Cancel Booking button. Click it to initiate the cancellation.
Confirm Cancellation
Review the cancellation terms and refund amount, then confirm your cancellation. The refund will be credited to your wallet.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 24+ hours before - Full refund to your wallet
- 12-24 hours before - 50% refund to your wallet
- Less than 12 hours - No refund available
- Less than 2 hours - Cannot cancel (booking is locked)
- No-show - No refund and may affect your booking privileges
Recurring Bookings
Set up recurring bookings to automatically reserve your regular playing times each week or month without having to book manually.
Create a Recurring Pattern
When making a booking, look for the recurring booking option. You can set up patterns for:
- Daily - Same time every day
- Weekly - Same day and time each week
- Monthly - Same date each month
Set Duration
Choose how long the recurring pattern should run - for a specific number of occurrences or until a certain date.
Manage Your Patterns
View all your recurring booking patterns in the Recurring section under Bookings. You can pause, resume, or cancel entire patterns from here.
Viewing Booking Series
When you have recurring bookings, you can view all related bookings as a series.
- Pattern Overview - See the pattern settings (frequency, start/end dates)
- Individual Bookings - View each booking in the series
- Pattern Status - Active, paused, completed, or cancelled
You can cancel individual bookings within a series without affecting the entire pattern, or cancel the whole series at once.
